Poznań, Iłłakowiczówny Street 13

The project at 13 Iłłakowiczówny Street in Poznań involved the comprehensive modernisation of a residential building constructed in the early 1930s, which required specialist conservation and construction work. A key stage of the work was to secure the building by installing vertical insulation of the foundations. As part of the roofing work, the roof was renovated to ensure watertightness and proper drainage of rainwater.

Facade works focused on restoring the original plaster texture and the precise reconstruction of the geometry of architectural details, such as corner pilaster strips, front and rear risalits, and a tympanum featuring an elliptical window. Simultaneously, the door joinery was renovated to preserve its original divisions and form, and the staircase and balustrade were completely refurbished.
