Ankiewicz's Tenement House – history in a new edition
The tenement house at 17 Jasna Street in Warsaw, known as the Ankiewicz House, was built on a C-shaped plan and has been listed in the register of monuments by the decision of the Provincial Conservator of Monuments.
The building consists of a front part with a facade on Jasna Street and two annexes: a side and a rear one. It is an example of a house combining features of a residence with rentable functions. It is assumed to have been built in 1864–1866 according to the design by Julian Ankiewicz.
We are carrying out the project as part of general contracting, which includes demolition, structural, installation, and finishing works - including conservation works. Work on the site began in 2023 and is still ongoing.
