Moreover, the historical stuccowork has been carefully reconstructed based on archival photographs, which has restored the building's former elegance and sophistication.

Inside the building, a modern panoramic elevator has been installed, which provides a perfect contrast to the classic finishing elements, ensuring comfort and functionality in everyday use. The total area of the renovation was 2,401 m², which included a total of 72 premises in a developer's state.
