The renovation of the tenement house at 17 Jackowskiego Street in Poznań, carried out as part of a general contracting, included a wide range of restoration and modernization works. As part of the project, the facade of the building was reconstructed and renovated, restoring its former glory. In addition, a thorough renovation of the roof was carried out, as well as the modernization of installations, ensuring comfort for the residents and adapting the building to contemporary standards. The completed works also included the renewal of common areas, such as staircases and courtyards, which enhanced the aesthetics and functionality of the space, and contributed to improving the overall impression of using the tenement house.
