
Poznań, Małeckiego Street 21
The renovation of the tenement house at Małeckiego 21 street in the Łazarz district of Poznań included comprehensive works that restored the building's historical character while adapting it to modern standards. The renovation of the richly decorated front facade, balconies, and metalwork was carried out. The window joinery was replaced, the roof was repaired, and structural work was conducted. Additionally, thermal modernization of the courtyard facade, renovation of common parts, including staircases and installations, was performed.
As part of the expansion, a new annex was erected, which was brought to a developer's finish, combining modern solutions with the preservation of the historical charm of the building.
