The renovation of the tenement house at Poznańska Street 24/26 in the Jeżyce district of Poznań covered a wide range of works that restored its former glory while adapting it to contemporary standards. A key element of the renovation was the restoration of the front facade, which has been given a new lease on life.
Additionally, thermal modernization of the rear facade was carried out, which improved the building's energy efficiency, and a new balcony structure was constructed, which now serves as both a functional and aesthetic element. As part of the renovation works, a comprehensive roof renovation was also completed, as well as the modernization of the sanitary and electrical installations, significantly increasing the comfort of using the building. Thanks to these actions, the tenement house has become more energy-efficient, and its appearance and functionality have been adapted to contemporary requirements.
