Poznań, Rybaki Street 23
The renovation of the townhouse at Rybaki 23 Street in Poznań included general contracting of the building's common areas, including facade renovation, roof repair, modernization of staircases, and installation upgrades.
During the renovation works, a unique historical color scheme of the front facade and window joinery was discovered, which had been hidden for years under layers of paint. Stratigraphic studies revealed the original colors and details, which were carefully restored, bringing back the authentic look of the townhouse. An additional point of interest are the historical inscriptions, which advertised a colonial goods store originally located in the townhouse. These discoveries not only enriched the building's history but also added a unique character.
